I'm still working on the changes. Got a bit overwhelmed over the last few days but it should be done by the end of the week and will have some new pieces added based on some requests. Please ignore the fact the I currently have different thumbnail sized and photo styles...it's all part of the change.

5x7 Shoot

I did a shoot with my 5x7 large format camera last night. First time in ten years and it was amazing. I can't believe how much I miss the process of shooting and developing film. Digital has it's purpose but I miss the real deal. Here are some shots of the film development stage, I'll be posting the prints later in the week. I'm going to be platinum printing them and selling in editions of 9 prints.

Tintypes

I've recently been through the nightmare of moving, changing addresses, bank accounts, etc. I hate moving. It's now done. So I'm back. I just started learning an old photographic process called a tintype. It's essentially a sheet of metal that you coat with an emulsion and expose in the camera. This is my first attempt. I love the look of these. I'm eventually going to do portraits and more still lifes.
